Familiarity with insurance management software, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools is typically required. Successful managers excel in communicating complex policy details to clients, negotiating terms, and finding creative solutions that satisfy both parties. Building strong relationships with underwriters and staying updated on industry trends also help in managing these challenges effectively.
