Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Exciting opportunity to join a leading insurance brokerage in Los Angeles, looking to invest in its team and welcome you to the team!! In this role, you will be working collaboratively with the Commercial Lines team and providing dedicated support to Account Managers and clients. This agency truly wants to see you succeed and offers continuing education opportunities.

  • Annual salary ranges from $55,000 - $75,000, depending on your experience

The Skills Needed to Thrive:


  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • 5 years of Commercial Insurance experience, preferably in a retail brokerage
  • AMS360 is required
  • In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to Account Managers and clients
  • Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.
  • Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customers' needs
