Responsibilities
  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Offer expert Commercial, Personal, and Life & health policy recommendations tailored to client needs
  • Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying additional areas of risk
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service
  • Manage and support administrative assistance for policy servicing
  • Review and refine sales processes to enhance client interactions and improve efficiency

Requirements
  • An active P&C license required and L&H license is a plus
  • At least 2 years of prior commercial insurance sales experience required
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Comfortable using technology and learning insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
