Insulation Installation Specialist

Pay Structure: $20.00 / hour Training Pay (Up to 3 Months) then $18.00 / hour Base Pay + Production Pay (Incentive-Based Earning Potential) | Pay Frequency: Weekly

What You'll Do (Day-in-the-Life):

  • Master the Craft: Perform high-quality residential and commercial insulation work, including fiberglass batts, blown-in, spray-in, and vapor barriers.

  • Prepare & Protect: Complete key prep work like foaming, caulking, fireproofing, installing baffles, and sealing joist spaces to keep homes energy-efficient and durable.

  • Manage Operations & Fleet: Handle loading/unloading materials, perform daily safety checks, and maintain trucks and warehouse inventory.

  • Track Your Work: Accurately log time worked, square footage installed, and inventory used to ensure smooth job turnarounds and proper production tracking.
