Job description

The Commercial Contracts Manager is responsible for managing and supporting Five-S Group's construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-award through project closeout. This role serves as the primary business-side resource for contract review, negotiation, administration, compliance, notices, amendments, changes, and contractual entitlement.
The Commercial Contracts Manager works closely with Estimating, Preconstruction, Business Development, Project Management, Operations, and Legal/Risk to ensure contract requirements are understood, communicated, documented, and effectively managed while protecting Five-S Group's contractual and commercial interests.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
