You'll have steady work, strong support from management and ownership, and real opportunity to advance as you build your experience with us.
Responsibilities & Duties

  • Communicate daily progress and updates to the Project Manager.
  • Enforce all safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct and participate in safety meetings and required training.
  • Train crew members on equipment use, procedures, and safe work practices.

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Ability to lead while still performing hands-on construction work.

  • Company-paid life insurance.
  • Paid time off (PTO).
  • Profit sharing opportunities.
  • Employee discounts.
  • Training and advancement opportunities into higher leadership roles.
