Job description

looking for several full time and on site project coordinators or project engineers who are willing to relocate to a large commercial construction project located in NE Indiana. We also have a similar position needed for someone in our main office located in Cincinnati, Ohio. These positions will be a part of a large and dynamic construction management team that is very collaborative, hard working on fast paced technical projects.

As a result, these positions require commercial construction experience. These specific positions will manage project documentation and logistics using the Procore construction management software and smart sheet software. Documentation includes; daily logs, risk logs, meeting minutes, submittals, shop drawings, schedule, material and equipment procurement and delivery scheduling, project communication.

Company Description

Hunt Builders Corporation is a 40 year old Construction Manager located in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Our core business is data center construction and corporate office construction with occasional retail, medical projects. We have approximately 30 management employees (mainly consisting of project managers and project superintendents) and do not have a construction workforce, equipment or tools. We do have several affiliate companies; one who provides general HVAC, carpentry, painting with (40 employees) and another mission critical facility management services (100 employees).
