Integrity Commercial Cleaning is looking for a dependable and motivated Team Leader to help lead evening commercial cleaning operations. This position is ideal for someone with cleaning experience who enjoys leading by example, supporting team members, and ensuring quality work for our customers.

Position Details
· Part-time evening schedule

Responsibilities
· Lead and support cleaning team members during nightly operations

· Assist with cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and detail cleaning

Qualifications
· Previous commercial cleaning experience required
· Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
· Ability to work independently and lead a team
· Must be able to pass background check
