This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for a results-driven professional with experience in B2B sales who understands how to secure commercial cleaning contracts and build long-term relationships with business decision-makers. If you have an established network of business contacts and know how to generate recurring commercial accounts, we'd like to hear from you. Position Details Position: Part-Time Commercial Business Developer Employment Type: Part-Time Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) Hours: Starting at 8 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the company grows and business needs increase. Schedule: Flexible (Monday–Friday) Territory: Knoxville, Clinton, Oak Ridge, Maryville, and surrounding East Tennessee. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial cleaning accounts. Visit local businesses and meet with decision-makers. Build relationships with business owners, office managers, facility managers, property managers, church administrators, and purchasing departments. Present P&N Professional Cleaning's commercial cleaning services. Prepare professional proposals and negotiate service agreements. Close recurring commercial cleaning contracts. Represent P&N Professional Cleaning with professionalism and integrity in the community. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has 3–5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience. Has experience selling commercial services. Has an established network of local business contacts. Knows how to identify and reach decision-makers. Has a proven track record of winning commercial contracts. Has excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Is self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Can work independently with minimal supervision. Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Preferred Experience Experience selling to or working with: Property Management Companies Apartment Complexes Office Buildings Medical Offices Churches Warehouses Manufacturing Facilities Schools Retail Businesses Government Offices Industrial Facilities Experience selling commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facility management, security services, pest control, landscaping, uniforms, waste management, office supplies, or other B2B services is highly preferred. Compensation Hourly Pay $23.00–$25.00 per hour Flexible part-time schedule Starting at 8 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment as the company expands. Residual Commission Earn 3% of the monthly net profit from every recurring commercial account you bring in. As long as your client remains active with P&N Professional Cleaning LLC, you will continue earning your monthly residual commission.
