Essential Job Responsibilities * Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, providing guidance on the direction and management of the COC. * Maintain 24/7 situational awareness of command operations-monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on mission activities in the Area of Responsibility (AOR). * Deliver rapid, accurate responses to leadership requests for operational updates. * Recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and technology upgrades to strengthen COC operations. * Consolidate and prepare operational briefings and briefing books for the Commander and senior staff. * Manage key systems and tools including METL, DRRS, Automated Message Handling System, and TMT. * Oversee the knowledge environment (SharePoint, file management, collaborative tools), ensuring operational data is tracked, stored, and accessible. * Support the Crisis Action Team and assist the RFI Manager with high-priority requests. * Track and manage RFIs and short-notice taskers on behalf of the Chief of Staff. Minimum Qualifications 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience. * Experience: * At least 3 years working in a NAF, component command staff, or equivalent service-level environment. * At least 1 year using Microsoft Office applications and email systems (or equivalent). * Other Requirements: * Ability to work shift schedules to support 24/7 operations. * Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (must be current). Physical Requirements Primarily working in an office environment (SCIF) Must be willing to work a 12-shift on a Panama type Schedule.
