Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented DOD Reward Program Project Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to lead enterprise integration of the Department of Defense Rewards Program across a Geographic Combatant Command Area of Responsibility, applying structured change management methodologies to operationalize program adoption within joint, interagency, and multinational environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partners with United States Embassies, Country Teams, and Host Nation counterparts to synchronize Rewards Program execution, aligning activities with Combatant Command authorities, regional security priorities, and diplomatic equities.

  • Identifies operational risks, emerging threats, and strategic opportunities across the theater, incorporating historic, current, and evolving threat assessments into program design and targeting frameworks.

  • Oversees DoWRP management and execution in compliance with Department of Defense, Joint, and Army doctrine, policies, and regulatory guidance.

  • Integrates targeting tactics, techniques, and procedures within established Geographic Combatant Command staffing processes, coordinating across intelligence, operations, psychological operations, and interagency stakeholders.

  • Produces and oversees all-source operational intelligence analysis, delivering individually sourced unclassified and classified products in accordance with classification handling procedures.

  • Operates across tactical, operational, and strategic environments with minimal supervision, synchronizing efforts within Combatant Command structures and joint and combined command relationships.

  • Advises senior leaders on policy implications, force structure considerations, command relationships, and command and control procedures to enhance program effectiveness and theater-wide integration.

  • Conducts high-level briefings to senior leaders, multinational partners, and interagency audiences, translating intelligence and targeting analysis into executable operational guidance while strengthening interoperability through disciplined communication, structured governance, and collaborative execution frameworks.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field,and 13+ years experience. Years of comparable experience can be used in lieu of degree. (HS diploma 17+ years, Associates 15+ years, Masters 10+ years)
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher
