Job Details
The Post Commander is responsible for overseeing all security operations at a residential property, ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, staff, and property assets. This position serves as the primary point of contact between property management and security personnel while maintaining compliance with site policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all assigned security officers.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and schedule coverage for all shifts.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property and monitor security operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between security personnel and property management.
  • Respond to emergencies, incidents, resident concerns, and security breaches.
  • Prepare and review incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate security officers to ensure compliance with company and site standards.
  • Enforce property rules, regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate access control, visitor management, and key control procedures.

  • Ensure all security equipment and systems are functioning properly and report deficiencies.
