Are you looking to apply your Program Finance / Cost Analyst expertise on a high visibility, complex aerospace and defense program? Join our team and play a key role supporting a major Earned Value Management (EVM) program that directly contributes to mission critical national security advancements. As a Program Finance Systems Analyst II, you will leverage your skills to administer, maintain, and optimize SNC's Integrated Program Management business systems. In this role, you will work directly on the program(s) supporting the program finance and scheduling teams while partnering closely with corporate and business area teams. You will be responsible for configuring and testing system functionality, managing user/role based security, supporting deployment activities, and delivering high quality EVM and financial systems solutions tailored to program needs. This position offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a large, fast moving defense program where precision, innovation, and mission focus matter. Responsibilities: * Provide intermediate-level administration and maintenance of IPM business software.
* Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of IPM software products.

* Troubleshoot and resolve more complex system-related issues.

* 2+ years of experience in finance systems, project control, or a related field.
* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
* Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
* Experience in Deltek Cobra and other similar Integrated Program Management software solutions.
* Strong facilitation skills that address complex IT and Business stakeholder concerns, specifically around tool maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
* The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Qualifications We Prefer: * Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
* Advanced knowledge of IPM software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

* Advanced knowledge of IPM software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems: Deltek PPM software, Encore Analytics, Midnite Dynamics, and SSI Tools. Essential Functions: * Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
* Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
* Strong hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks.
* Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds.
