About The Team:
The Security Team seeks an experienced Command Center Administrator/Lead with
security leadership experience to successfully engage with the Command Center Team of
Operators. The Command Center Team actively oversees and protects all persons and
things at Oracle Park, with its primary focus on our most important assets - our business,
employees, and our customers. The successful candidate will be an organized thinker, with
a solid foundation and demonstrable history in security principles, procedures, and
innovation--with the capacity to engage in security processes, procedures, and follow-up.
The Command Center Administrator/lead will oversee security responsibilities for both
baseball and non-baseball events. You will enjoy being part of an iconic franchise in the

About the Role:
The San Francisco Giants are looking for a Command Center Administrator/Lead, where
you will have the unique opportunity to oversee execution of security policies, procedures,
and follow-up. You'll work closely with the Giants Guest Services, Grounds Crew, Ballpark
Operations and Giants Enterprises departments that tie into the safety and security of
Oracle Park. You will be expected to work closely with Security leadership to ensure that
protocols are being followed, provide feedback and on-the-spot coaching. The ideal
candidate will have a strong ability to listen, coach, diffuse conflict, great verbal, and
written communication skills. This role reports to the Security Manager and requires the
ability to work autonomously. This position will be in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at
24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

You will provide on-the-spot coaching and correction to Giants Command Center
Operators to improve the execution of security policies and procedures.
You are passionate about executing safety and security protocols for Oracle Park.
You will support security leadership to ensure the resiliency of the Giants' security for nonbaseball
events and the 24-hour Command Center.
You will have the ability to coach and develop Giants Command Center Operators on all
security command center protocols and procedures.
You will have a unique ability to earn trust and work cross-functionally within the SF Giants
organization.
You will empower the command center team to foster close and continuous collaboration
with front office staff, vendors, and other day-game departments.
You will facilitate the flow of critical information to security leadership.
You will operate with autonomy, using sound judgment based upon organizational values,
culture, and norms.
You will identify, use, and implement security technology solutions to address footprint and
ballpark risks.
You will assist the Security Manager in supervising and overseeing security and vendor
activities.
You will uphold confidentiality and report any breach of this duty to the Security Manager
and the Vice President of Security.

Qualifications:
5+ years' experience successfully leading and operating a security team
Able to deliver fact-based insights from technology, data, and incidents
Great at driving and maintaining relationships with external and internal partners
Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to coach employees
Direct experience supervising high energy workforces in a sports environment
Demonstrated knowledge of business continuity and crisis management principles
Extensive experience with access control, CCTV, dispatching, and incident management of
technology and systems.
