THE TEAM
Are you passionate about talent, entertainment, and building a career in the industry? Our 3-month Talent Management Internship offers hands-on experience within Avalon's Management team, providing a unique opportunity to gain real insight into the fast-paced world of representation.
As an intern, you'll support both the day-to-day operations of the department and the long-term career development of the talent we represent. From administrative coordination to creative projects, you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while developing a strong foundation.
Designed for individuals eager to learn and contribute, this internship offers meaningful, practical experience and an inside look at how careers are built, managed, and sustained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gain an understanding into how the management team work with other core areas of the business
  • Update client reels and materials
  • Sort/distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Update client Bio's on the Avalon website
  • Assist with scheduling, research, and administrative support across the Talent Management team
  • Assist with updating information and tracking grids
  • Attend shows to help scout and identify emerging talent
  • Arrange client travel and create itineraries
  • Learn how to give notes/feedback to talent, writers, and executives
  • Script coverage
