I am looking for someone who can help develop a steady stream of original, situational comedy content from the ground up. The tone is grounded, character‑driven, and built around real‑life social dynamics such as awkwardness, overthinking, masculinity, Gen Z culture, perception, etc. Not stand‑up, but rather easy lift, repeatable, and situational comedy based around personality. Think along the lines of creators like Manon Mathews or Hallie Batchelder —but from a male perspective. Sharp, specific, and rooted in behavior, not just punchlines. What I need is someone who understands short‑form comedy at a high level. I need someone who can take a simple premise and elevate it.
