Job Summary

The Connectivity & Platforms Growth & Operations Human Resources team is looking for a collaborative, innovative, consultative and results-driven Senior Manager, Human Resources. In this role, you will support the Product team.
As a trusted advisor to your business leaders, you will design HR strategies and provide insights that guide decision-making and business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to drive HR projects and business transformation efforts that span employee engagement, performance management, talent development, talent acquisition, retention, and compensation planning. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and various teams including our HR Centers of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture. A creative, solution-oriented and analytical mindset will be essential as you address complex challenges, ensuring HR financial and operational objectives are met.
The ideal candidate has some experience in human resources practices, organizational design, change management, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement strategies, project management, and leadership coaching, along with strong data analysis and communication skills. We're looking for someone passionate about inclusive leadership and fostering team cohesion. They will balance the responsibility of the employee experience with critical business needs.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Partners with senior management to develop strategies and programs that align with business initiatives including workforce planning, pay-for-performance, talent management, talent acquisition and succession
  • Manage workforce planning process working with internal client groups and internal talent acquisition team to identify effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the right talent for the organization
  • Partner with clients to design organizational structures, processes, and culture initiatives
  • Oversees the onboarding journey to promote positive employee experience and ensure compliance requirements are being met
  • Counsels management and employees on disciplinary actions and performance problems in partnership with our HR legal team
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
  • Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees.
  • Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
