This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing our counselors to conduct therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, minimizing barriers to access and enhancing convenience for our clients. • Implement psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to provide effective mental health services for individuals and families struggling with emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, ensuring comprehensive understanding of clients' backgrounds, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the specific treatment plan established for each patient.
• Collaborate with patients to develop initial treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, coordinating additional services and revising plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with facility policies and professional standards, ensuring all records reflect the services provided.
• Manage and uphold an assigned caseload, providing consistent and ongoing support for each patient.
• Engage in treatment team meetings, collaborating with other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.
• Exhibit a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards all clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
• Address patient concerns promptly, advocating for their needs and working towards resolutions that enhance their care experience.
• Uphold patient safety as the top priority throughout all interactions and interventions.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the mental health team and patient care initiatives.

This role involves working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, offering a unique opportunity to make impactful changes across various age groups. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Current state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider is required; candidates must be licensed as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• Proven capability and experience in working with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents.

• Experience in remote counseling or teletherapy settings is a plus.

• Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for maintaining client documentation and records.
