ARC is looking for a talented individual who is experienced and ready to contribute ideas on branding and visual communication. The ideal candidate will draw on a range of experience in graphic design and brand design to support initiatives from the marketing department. The ability to adapt quickly, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and produce high quality work is essential to this job.
We are currently seeking candidates for a Print Production Operator who enjoys operating a variety of machines including wide format printers, laminators, and cutters.
The Print Production Operator role will respond to the clients' requirements in a professional and ethical business manner and provide the best quality service and products through exemplary customer service while meeting turnaround times.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Design and conceptualize print and digital pieces, including marketing materials, logos, brochures, white papers, newsletters, direct mail, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, digital marketing collateral, banner ads, websites and trade show graphics.
  • Partner with the marketing team to provide great-looking, high performing materials for email campaigns, events, advertising and social media.
  • Strengthen how the company is represented visually and assist in defining the long-term visual brand strategy and be able to execute solutions aligned with the vision.
  • Review and approve final bluelines or proofs to ensure complete accuracy before files go to print.
  • Release or upload final files to clients or vendors.
  • Operate cutting, sheeter, and shrink wrap machines.
  • Perform minor repairs and some routine equipment maintenance.
  • Works overtime when necessary.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma and/or GED
  • One to three years of related graphic design experience
  • 2+ years' experience in color reprographics field in a professional environment using graphic applications.
  • 1-2 years of direct color services and design such as signage, posters, projects, etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in color printing, duplicating, binding and finishing.
  • Know Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft products.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Pay Range:
$22.00 - $24.00
