Job Overview:As a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Foreman at our Kitchen Guard of El Paso location, you'll be at the heart of our operations. We are looking for LEADERS who want the opportunity to advance in their career.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Be the lead on a nightly route to ensure our service is completed properly
  • Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
  • Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
  • Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
  • Maintain and manage equipment and report any discrepancies.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness.
  • Problem-solving on-site challenges and make recommendations for improvement.

Physical Requirements:
  • Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
  • Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.
  • Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
