Job Description

This position will report to the Manager of Global Brand Standards and be part of the team responsible for providing factory audit program support to the Universal Brand Development Group and their Licensees/Partners.
The role also supports data integrity, reporting, and analysis to drive visibility into audit status, factory compliance, and program performance.

Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000

Qualifications

Program & Licensee Support

  • Promptly respond to submissions and inquiries received through the program inbox.
  • Provide timely and professional support to Licensees and factories regarding program requirements, factory approvals, audit status, and general program inquiries.
  • Provide Licensees with factory status updates and guidance toward obtaining approval.
  • Review and vet LMS submissions and initiate factory audit and waiver workflows.
  • Manage audit requests, including submitting, tracking, and following up with audit firms.
  • Issue factory approval communications and related documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a high-volume environment.
  • Promptly identify and escalate issues, risks, or concerns to leadership as appropriate.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate Licensee, factory, and audit data across Salesforce, Benchmark, and other internal systems.
  • Generate and distribute approved factory lists and other operational reports
  • Analyze audit status, CAP eligibility, subcontracting activity, and factory approval trends.
  • Execute SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from internal systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • Update and maintain SQL-based reports and data sources..
  • Support leadership data requests by providing timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

Audit & Compliance Operations

  • Coordinate with Regional Managers to support spot check scheduling and execution
  • Manage daily audit workflows in Benchmark and track CAP-eligible audits through completion.
  • Monitor audit pipelines and proactively follow up on outstanding audit activities.
  • Update internal databases and communicate with Licensees regarding subcontracting-related compliance requirements.
  • Maintain Global Contact Lists, Ethics Policies, and system permissions.
  • Ensure compliance records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or similar).
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suites with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data validation.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience managing large datasets and maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Experience in factory compliance, social compliance auditing, supply chain compliance, program administration, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Second language a plus.

  • Travel may be required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the needs of the team
  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
