Description
Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew Members to join our seasonal color and flower installation team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and want to grow with a top-tier landscaping company, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
  • Install seasonal color and flowers at commercial properties
  • Perform planting, mulching, bed preparation, and cleanup
  • Assist with loading and unloading plants, materials, and equipment
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Follow direction from Crew Leaders and complete jobs safely and efficiently
  • Help maintain clean and professional job sites
  • Occasionally assist with landscape enhancements or maintenance projects
What You Bring
  • 1-2 years of landscape or planting experience preferred (we'll train the right person)
  • Ability to operate basic landscape equipment (blowers, trimmers, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license is a plus
