Russell Landscape is seeking hardworking and reliable Enhancement Crew Members to join our team! In this role, you'll help install and maintain landscape enhancement projects for our commercial clients. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow in the landscaping industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a crew to install enhancement projects, including planting, mulching, sod installation, and seasonal color.
  • Assist with small hardscape projects such as paver or stone edging.
  • Follow directions from the Crew Leader to ensure all work meets company and client standards.
  • Help load, unload, and organize materials and equipment each day.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times.
  • Support the crew in completing projects on schedule and to quality expectations.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in landscape installation, enhancement, or maintenance preferred (will train the right candidate).
  • Basic knowledge of plants, landscape materials, and installation practices is a plus.
  • Ability to take direction and work well as part of a team.
  • Experience operating landscape equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and mowers preferred.
  • Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing physical labor for extended periods.
  • Able to stand, kneel, bend, and work on uneven terrain for long hours.
