Join Staples' Finance Analytics team and play a critical role in shaping data-driven business decisions. As a Senior Analyst II, you'll analyze complex financial data, influence strategic initiatives, and partner closely with business leaders to drive profitability and long-term growth.
What you'll be doing:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategies
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, trends, and forecasts for senior leadership
• Partner cross-functionally to gather, validate, and analyze financial data
• Develop and maintain dashboards and models tracking key performance indicators
• Identify financial risks and provide actionable recommendations
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with organizational goals
• Perform scenario analysis to inform planning and investment decisions
• Participate in enterprise and special projects requiring advanced analytics

• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles

• Master's degree in Finance or related field
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts
