Responsibilities
  • Support the team in processing insurance policy applications, endorsement changes and cancellations efficiently.
  • Assist in problem resolution, process policy change requests, and process payments.
  • Update client information, create insurance quotes and issue insurance documentation.
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
  • Rate new business.
  • Follow up as requested with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.



Requirements
  • Property & Casualty License is required to be considered.
  • 5 years customer service experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and technical proficiency.
  • Experience with Applied Systems TAM is a plus.
  • Self-starter, detailed, organized with great time management skills
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
