We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dedicated team at Colon Behavioral Counseling Center. This position is designed for remote work, allowing you to deliver telehealth services to a varied clientele. Our operational hours span from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing flexibility for both clients and counselors. You will be part of a supportive team environment where professional development is encouraged, and opportunities exist for collaboration and shared learning.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that address their specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies to diverse groups including individuals, families, and couples, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to client treatment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Our client demographic is diverse, encompassing individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold an active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Specialization in fields such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Experience in collaborating with healthcare teams to support client care.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
