Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal is seeking a General Surgeon to join its established physician-led group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. This opportunity offers robotic technology, a strong referral base, and the opportunity to build a busy surgical practice.
The incoming surgeon will provide inpatient and outpatient surgical care, support clinics in Montclair and Covina, and perform procedures at affiliated hospitals throughout the region.

Practice Overview

What You'll Do
  • Perform acute and elective general surgery procedures
  • Perform robotic-assisted and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
  • Manage outpatient clinic visits in Montclair and Covina
  • Provide inpatient surgical consultations and follow-up care
  • Participate in ER and hospital call coverage
Schedule & Call
  • Full-Time
  • Clinic hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Flexible clinic and OR scheduling
  • 1:3 night and weekend call rotation
  • Call typically shared across two hospitals

Compensation & Employment Structure
  • Year 1 income guarantee: $350,000 plus productivity bonus
  • Year 2+ productivity-based compensation model
  • Approximately 70% of collections after expenses, negotiable
  • Shared overhead structure
  • Relocation assistance negotiable
  • Malpractice insurance provided
  • New graduates may be hired as W-2 employees
  • Experienced surgeons may work as 1099 independent contractors
