What You Will Be Doing

As an analytics engineer, your role will encompass:

  • Collecting requirements, working alongside C-level stakeholders.
  • Implementing visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau within an organization.
  • Developing, maintaining, and supporting operational/live reports, dashboards, and scorecards using BI tools.
  • Optimizing data connectivity/ETL and data warehouse architecture within data visualization tools.
  • Contributing actively to the expertise level and competencies of the Data and Analytics team.
  • Collaborating closely with other divisions (Media and Activation, Creation, Consulting, Data Science, and Data Infrastructure) to deliver data-driven marketing services to your client.
  • Being a great role model in technology.
  • Demonstrating the ability and credibility needed to ensure the success of our clients' initiatives.
  • Researching and developing new technical approaches to address problems efficiently.
  • Staying updated on industry developments, sharing best practices, and contributing actively to Artefact's institutional knowledge.
  • Embracing Artefact's values and inspiring others to do the same.

What We Are Looking For

Graduate from an engineering/business degree (desirable) or another related field with the most important qualities in our eyes being intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and dynamism.

Firsthand knowledge of digital marketing (within a start-up, agency, etc.) or consulting (Strategy, Management, IS) is evidently valued.

You have a good level of English.
