We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our customers and help keep our front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities
โ€ข Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
โ€ข Check customers in and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
โ€ข Communicate repair updates to customers throughout the repair process
โ€ข Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
โ€ข Schedule appointments and coordinate with the production team
โ€ข Create, update, and manage repair orders using CCC ONE
โ€ข Match invoices and receipts to repair orders and maintain accurate records
โ€ข Process customer payments and assist with basic office accounting tasks
โ€ข File and organize repair documentation and insurance paperwork
โ€ข Assist with administrative tasks to support daily shop operations
โ€ข Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
Requirements
โ€ข Previous experience in a collision repair shop or automotive service office preferred
โ€ข Experience using CCC ONE management software strongly preferred
