Bodyshop / Collision Center Technician Job Responsibilities

  • Perform structural and nonstructural collision repairs
  • Repair and replace body panels, components, and related assemblies
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards
  • Accurately document repair work and procedures performed
  • Work closely with estimators to ensure repair accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Participate in training and skill development as required
 

Bodyshop / Collision Center Technician Compensation and Benefits

The Bodyshop / Collision Center Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:

  • Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, skill level, and performance
  • Productionbased incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
  • Retentionbased incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $33.80 to $97.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by jobrelated factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.

Bodyshop / Collision Center Technician Qualifications

  • Automotive body or collision repair experience required

  • Ability to work efficiently in a productionoriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
