Carolinas Collision Centers, a division of Capital Automotive Group, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Raleigh! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and take pride in delivering a great customer experience, weโ€™d love to connect with you.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

  • Greet customers and serve as the first point of contact for the collision center
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide updates on repair status
  • Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and internal team members
  • Assist with intake of vehicles and ensure accurate documentation
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the repair process
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and invoicing support
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and organized front office environment
