Sales Representative Front Desk Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Sales Representative to join our family! This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients daily to create a supportive and meaningful community!

POSITION:

The purpose of the part-time Sales Representative is to assist the team with checking in members/guests, maintaining a warm, inviting and welcoming environment for members, prospective members, guests and colleagues of Pure Barre Wake Forest. Build new membership sales by welcoming members to the studio, building a relationship with every prospective member, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. Assist in the retail shop with inventory, display and helping clients with their choices to promote sales in the boutique shop.

The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing unmatched concierge level service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.

HOURS: This is primarily for late afternoon-evening shifts with rotating weekend mornings (20-30 hours per week)

Duties:

  • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s goals and needs
  • Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, and community events) to promote the studio
  • Operate studio gym software (Club Ready “CR”)
  • Warmly welcome & check in clients for classes using CR
  • Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients via in-person, over the phone and email
  • Merchandise and stock inventory for retail clothing and other items
  • Attend and complete all relative training programs
  • Take pictures and assist with social media platforms
  • Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
  • Self-motivated and takes initiate
  • Must display a positive and supportive demeanor with all constituents of Pure Barre at all times
  • Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be able to work gracefully under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Authorization to work in the United States required
