Position Summary

Weโ€™re seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Repair Technician with advanced knowledge in the Collision repair industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional who strives for excellence and is always looking for ways to become better at their craft, and will have a passion for high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities
- Have a positive attitude
- Perform complete body and structural repairs on a variety of vehicles, including aluminum and steel.
- Conduct vehicle tear-downs, damage assessments, and reassembly.
- Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM or higher standards.
- Follow manufacturer repair guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform other related duties to ensure effective and efficient repairs.ย 


Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in collision repair, body work, or refinishing.
- Proficiency in aluminum, steel, and structural repair techniques.
- I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred (not required but a plus).
- Strong understanding of repair procedures and materials.
- Ability & understanding operation of frame machines, welders, and refinishing tools safely.
- Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record.
