What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive results through effective sales and finance strategies
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
  • Structure deals and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Maximize profitability on every transaction
  • Support F&I operations and assist with deal structuring as needed
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve store and regional goals

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales/Finance Management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Results-driven with high energy and motivation
  • Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes
  • Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
  • Manufacturers Master Sales/Management certifications are a strong plus
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
