What You'll Do
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Drive results through effective sales strategies and accountability

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Results-driven with high energy and motivation
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations
  • Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
  • OEM certifications are a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
