What is a collision general manager?

Collision General Managers oversee the daily operations of auto body repair shops, ensuring that collision repair services are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. They manage staff, coordinate with insurance companies, handle customer service, and are responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining safety compliance.
