Job description

Collision General Manager

Service Center Baltimore – Gwynn Oak – Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to perform all‑purpose duties, which may include overall operation of the center, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The manager will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current and previous month’s financial performance metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

Collision General Managers must ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of collision management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance
  • 21 years of age or older
Abilities / Skills / Knowledge
  • Advanced understanding of collision estimating
  • Prior experience with CCC1 and advanced knowledge of repair processes/procedures
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
  • Prioritization of competing tasks and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
  • Customer‑service orientation to internal and external customers
  • Consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, lift objects over 50lbs.
