You will assist customers with their inquiries, manage service appointments, and help ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Responsibilities:Greet customers as they arrive in a pleasant and professional manner.Answer incoming phone calls.Screen calls, direct them to the proper party, and/or obtain enough information to allow for follow-up that is convenient for the customer.Perform clerical duties, such as typing and filing, including filing all repair orders.Open repair orders for all vehicles coming into the body shop for repairs, ensuring that all RO's and insurance forms are signed before commencing repairs.Explains the estimate to the customer, and aftermarket or Like Kind and Quality (LKQ) parts usage, along with the timelines of the repair. The CSR discusses and financial obligations to customers prior to drop off.Maintains a good relationship with all insurance companies.Prepares invoice prior to customer picking up vehicles.Prepares final billing for completed repair orders, ensuring all Insurance documents, Direct Repair Procedures (DRP's), and Power of Attorney forms are signed.Requirements:Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in the automotive or body shop industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of auto repair services or willingness to learn.Must have a valid DLMust be able to pass a background and drug screen Apply online or in person today!94 Loop RdDayton OH 45459
