We are seeking a detail-oriented Collision Repair Service Advisor to join our team at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet in West Valley City, UT. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the collision repair department, ensuring excellent communication and superior service throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate estimates for vehicle collision repairs based on vehicle damage and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively and Often with customers about repair processes, timelines, and costs.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and repair technicians to facilitate smooth vehicle repair operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of estimates, repair orders, and customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with warranty and repair policy questions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and support.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a collision estimator, service advisor, or in a related automotive repair role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and automotive parts.
