Position Overview

Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator / Customer Advisor to join our team. This position is a key role in our collision center, combining technical estimating expertise with a strong focus on customer service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and guiding customers through the repair process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Repair Planning

  • Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar systems
  • Identify all required parts, labor, and repair procedures
  • Submit and manage supplements throughout the repair process
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure proper repair planning

Customer Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Explain estimates, timelines, and insurance processes clearly
  • Provide consistent status updates and manage expectations
  • Handle vehicle intake, documentation, and delivery

Insurance Coordination

  • Communicate with insurance adjusters
