Collision Care Xpress is looking for an experienced, motivated Auto Body Shop Manager to lead daily operations and help drive a high-quality, fast-paced collision repair team.

If you thrive in a leadership role, understand the collision repair industry, and know how to keep production moving while delivering excellent customer service — we’d love to meet you.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily body shop operations and workflow
  • Manage production schedules and cycle times
  • Lead and support technicians, estimators, painters, and office staff
  • Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
  • Communicate with customers and insurance partners professionally
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and shop efficiency
  • Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Assist with hiring, training, and team development

Qualifications:

  • Previous collision repair management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of CCC, estimating, DRP processes, and repair procedures
