Responsibilities
The Groundskeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
  • Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
  • Trim, edge and mulch as directed
  • Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
  • Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
  • Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
  • Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
  • Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions efficiently
