Associate Dentist Opportunity - Pediatrics | Coastal Alabama


Are you passionate about pediatric dentistry and looking for a supportive, high-volume environment where you can truly make an impact?

This privately owned, multi-location dental group along Alabama’s Gulf Coast is seeking a Pediatric Dentist , or a General Dentist with strong pediatric experience, to join their growing team. This opportunity is primarily based in Mobile, with flexibility to rotate between offices if desired.

This is not corporate. They are a doctor-owned practice with deep community roots, long-tenured staff, and a strong focus on patient relationships and clinical excellence.

 

Overview:

High Pediatric Volume

  • Strong pediatric demand with consistent scheduling
  • Comfortable treating ages 2+ (hygiene starts at age 1)
  • Opportunity to expand pediatric services and build your niche


Supportive Clinical Environment

  • Two assistants per doctor in larger offices
  • Experienced hygienists and long-tenured team members
  • Owners available for mentorship and collaboration
  • Digital scanners (Trios) and modern workflow

Credentialing handled in-house

 

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling options available
  • Opportunity to split time between two Mobile offices if desired

 

Patient Mix

  • High pediatric population (80–90% Medicaid within pediatric segment)
  • Mix of Medicaid, PPO, and cash patients
  • Strong billing support team with excellent collections performance

Production & Compensation

  • First 90-day guarantee: $750/day or 36% of collections (whichever is higher)
  • Lab fee contribution: 36%
