Auto Collections Representative – Experience Required

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to collect on delinquent auto loan accounts

  • Use strong communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships

  • Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquencies professionally

  • Use skip tracing tools to locate customers when necessary

  • Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards

  • Update account notes and maintain accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with team members and uphold compliance and company policies

Requirements

  • 2+ years in collections, specifically in auto finance or related industry

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively

  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

  • A high school diploma or GED is required

  • Flexible availability for an 8-hour shift between 6 AM – 10 PM (including some weekends)

  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime, especially at month-end

Compensation & Benefits
