Collections Representative (Full-Time) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 5: 00 PM CST Onsite - Cedar Falls, Iowa Pay: Starts at $14hr - after 90 days $14.50 - after 180 days $15.00 If you are confident on the phone, motivated by performance pay, and comfortable having direct conversations, this role offers the opportunity to build strong earnings in a fast-paced call center environment. This is a high-volume collections role where you will speak with consumers about outstanding balances and work toward payment solutions. What the Job Really Looks Like We want candidates to clearly understand the role so they can succeed. In this position you will:
  • Make primarily outbound calls to consumers regarding past-due accounts
  • Handle inbound calls that result from previous outreach
  • Average up to 200 calls per day
  • Follow structured scripts and compliance guidelines
  • Discuss payment options or account resolutions
  • Navigate multiple computer systems during calls
You will often speak with individuals who may be frustrated or upset about their accounts, so maintaining professionalism and confidence is key. Compensation
  • $14/hour starting pay
