Sales & Customer Success Representative
Pay: $38,000 - $45,000 per year
Looking for a job that's more than sitting behind a desk?
Join Affordable Home Furnishings and help local families furnish their homes while building a career with a family-owned company that promotes from within.
This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem-solving. Every day is different, and there is a clear path to advancement into store management for motivated team members.
What You'll Do
  • Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love
  • Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community
  • Manage customer accounts and payment collections by phone and field visits
  • Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup
  • Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom
  • Maintain attractive showroom displays
  • Help customers resolve issues and find solutions
  • Load and unload merchandise
  • Support daily store operations and team goals

Schedule
Typically around 45 hours per week:
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • One weekday off
  • Sundays off
