Job description

Collections Manager
Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred
$40,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience and performance

Duties include:
  • Collections (Extensive contact with customers by phone or at the home to renew rental agreements)
  • Drive company vehicles (Class D chauffeur's license required and minimum 23 years of age)
  • Pick up merchandise from customer homes if not able to pay
  • Cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise
  • Service calls (trouble shoot rental merchandise, deliver loaners when needed)
  • Load and unload freight trucks
  • Sales (Furniture, appliances, electronics)
  • Other general duties as directed by management

Hours:
Work hours are generally 8:30-7:30 Monday thru Thursday, 8am - 7 on Friday and 8:00 - 4:00 Saturday with one of these days off and off on Sunday. Work hours may vary based on needs of the store. Average 45-50 hours per week.
Requirements:
  • Heavy lifting (able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs regularly)
  • Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good MVR
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • minimum 23 years of age
  • Collections, sales, management or customer service experience helpful

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
