What you will do
As a Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be collecting single use devices at hospitals within your designated territory. You will be collecting and visiting all areas of the hospital, including but not limited to, operating rooms, patient floors and patient rooms and Electrophysiology and Cath labs. You will also engage with hospital staff, OR personnel, Supply Chain, EVS, Sales Reps, O.R. Management, facility champions, Hospital Administration, and other Stryker employees, stakeholders and partners to provide optimal customer service on training and education around Stryker Sustainability Solution's bins and what devices can be collected.
You will partner with your supervisor and sales representatives in your assigned territory and focus on building relationships with the customers and increasing the collections of single use devices for our customers. Being an active participant of a positive culture and a respectful workplace through weekly huddles, annual in-person team meetings and administrative communication. Adheres to all policies and procedures put forth in the sales code of conduct and Stryker Employee Handbook.
Primary role responsibilities will be field based within hospitals building relationships with customers and performing educational in-servicing, along with administrative expectations that require receipt growth reporting and collection tracking.
What you need
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license and appropriate insurance to travel by car as required.
  • Highschool degree or GED.
  • Use of your personal vehicle (drive 80-100 miles/day depending on territory).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain needed credentials at all hospitals within assigned territory
  • Must be able to effectively use computer programs ( e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and Power Point).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Medium work: Exerting up to 60 pounds of force daily, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. (Pushing and/or pulling up to 60 pounds of force constantly, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds)
  • Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through presentation skills, email and phone
  • Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. PC, Microsoft office, smart phone, etc.).

  • $21.58 - $29.20 USD Hourly
