The ideal candidate will be a financial professional with 3+ years of related work experience in an accounting setting. ย A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business management is preferred. ย Four years of financial or accounts receivable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. ย

ย Responsibilities and qualifications

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and review; responsible for ensuring timely payment collections and disbursements
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and play a part in month end, quarter end and year end closing process
  • Perform account ย reconciliations and journal entries
  • Ad-hoc reporting and ย special projects
  • Must be proficient in ย Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel, including but not limited to VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Ability to develop macros and automate repetitive tasks is a plus
