Job description

Our law firm is seeking a motivated Attorney to join our team specializing in collections, foreclosure, and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing legal pleadings, attending hearings, resolving cases, and attending trials as needed. Experience in collections or foreclosure is highly valued, but we are open to training the right candidate with a strong desire to learn.

A Pennsylvania bar license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and briefs for collections, foreclosure, and litigation cases.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions, advocating for their rights and interests.
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Attend trials as necessary and present well-prepared arguments to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop and implement effective case strategies.
  • Stay current on relevant case law, regulations, and industry trends to provide the highest level of legal representation for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
